Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
PraxisCalc.com ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the cookies and third-party advertising technologies we rely on, and the choices you have. By using PraxisCalc.com (the "Site"), you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Our calculators are designed to work without accounts. We do not require you to register, sign in, or provide personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number to use our tools. Any figures you type into a calculator are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
Like most websites, our servers and analytics providers automatically receive certain non-identifying technical information when you visit, including:
- Your device's IP address (truncated/anonymized where supported)
- Browser type, language, and version
- Device and operating system type
- Pages you view and links you click on the Site
- Referring website and the date/time of your visit
This information is used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns, diagnose problems, and improve the Site's performance and content.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device. PraxisCalc.com uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to remember your preferences (for example, light/dark mode), measure traffic through analytics, and, via our advertising partners, to serve and personalize advertisements.
You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies. For general information about cookies and how to manage them, visit www.aboutcookies.org.
4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit the Site. These partners may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-identifying information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick/DART cookie) enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can learn how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and review Google's advertising policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- To opt out of third-party vendor cookies more broadly, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Third-party ad networks are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control the cookies or technologies these partners use.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit, what pages they view, and what other sites they used prior to arriving. We use this information only to improve the Site. Google's ability to use and share data collected by Google Analytics is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Your Choices & Consent (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When required, we (and our certified consent partners) will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you may withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings presented on the Site. You also have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not collect PII directly, most requests relate to cookie and advertising data held by our third-party partners, whom you can contact using the opt-out links above.
7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. PraxisCalc.com does not sell your personal information. To exercise any CCPA right, please contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please reach us through our Contact page.
